While we do charge an hourly rate for some limited-time projects, hourly rates for routine work encourage bad habits, out of date methods, and minimal investment in technology.

Requirements for Working with Us

  • Use QuickBooks Online or Xero accounting software. We can help set up an account if you don’t have one.
  • Ability to take a photo or scan paper receipts, bills, etc. and upload to client portal.
  • A digital file system (i.e. Google Drive, DropBox) to share records like bank statements (we can help create this).
