We believe that flat rate plans are the best way to to be your predictable and reliable partner. Flat rate plans also incentivize us to be efficient, to not waste your time, and invest in our systems and staff expertise. While we do charge an hourly rate for some limited time projects, hourly rates for routine work incentivize bad habits, out of date methods, and minimal investment in technology.

Requirements for Working with Us

  • Use QuickBooks Online or Xero accounting software. We can help setup an account if you don’t have one.
  • Ability to take a photo or scan paper receipts, bills, etc. and upload to client portal.
  • A digital file system (i.e. Google Drive, DropBox) to share records like bank statements (we can help create this).
  • Incorporated in the United States.
  • A commitment to help us ensure transactions are recorded, categorized, and properly documented in a timely manner.
